A local networking group and non-profit where women can learn, bond, and grow together to support one another in business and life.  Joining Females in Action gives you access to friends and mentors while developing your network, your confidence, and your business.  Females in Action allows women to participate in our monthly meetings in person, virtually, or through a hybrid attendance schedule.  Whatever works for you, because Females in Action isn't here to add additional stressors. FIA is here to add benefits and growth to your life.  With like-minded females in your corner, there is no way to fall.

Using up-to-date collaboration for constant communication,  support, empowerment, guidance, and more at your fingertips. Our monthly meetings elevate your friendships, knowledge, and potential.  Each woman will receive as much as they want from being a  member of Females in Action.

A note from our founder:

 From little girls, we were raised to be polite & sweet, not to make much noise, be people pleasers, get married, have a family, and raise our children, BUT ALSO, have a career to help support that family while doing all the things. Our mind can be our own worst enemy. There is no right or wrong decision. But it sure is comforting to know there are like-minded women who have climbed a similar mountain. Having an opportunity to hear their journey through exceptional monthly speaking, up-to-date articles, videos, and podcasts sure would help.

A while back I went to a conference for work. I sat in a conference with over 300 MEN. These men were leaders of organizations, entrepreneurs, CEOs, educators, corporate ladder climbers, and more. Out of over 300 in attendance. There were 2 other women. Three women total in attendance for this Leadership conference.  Just because we do not fit the mold of what once was doesn’t mean we don’t fit into what is now and what is in the future.

The benefits to women supporting women can really go on forever. We can learn together, cheer each other on, support when it is needed, encouragement when life feels like more than we can bear; guidance when we’re trying to navigate the ins and out of business; these relationships are truly a gift.
